UGC (user-generated content) ads convert better than polished brand ads because they look real. The problem: making them traditionally requires a camera, a ring light, multiple takes, and editing. Most creators and brands skip UGC entirely because of the friction.
Fayce solves this with a pipeline that goes from two photos to a finished video ad in under 10 minutes. No camera. No filming. No editing software.
What the pipeline produces
The output is a 9:16 vertical video — ~22 seconds — structured around four clips:
- Hook: You looking directly at camera, opening with an attention-grabbing line
- Reveal: You discovering the product for the first time
- Feature: You using or holding the product naturally
- CTA: You delivering a direct call to action
Each clip is a realistic animated video of your face and body with the product. The voiceover is your cloned voice reading the script.
How it actually works under the hood
Step 1 — Claude Vision analyzes your photo. It maps your face geometry, skin tone, hair, and clothing. This creates an "identity anchor" that keeps your appearance consistent across all four clips.
Step 2 — Nano Banana Pro generates the images. For each clip, the AI generates three photorealistic images of you holding or interacting with the product. Real physics. No floating products. No Amazon catalog poses.
Step 3 — Kling v3 animates each image. The best image from each clip becomes a 5-10 second animated video. Micro-expressions, natural movement, handheld camera feel.
Step 4 — ElevenLabs voices it. Your cloned voice reads the script over the video. Your actual pitch, cadence, and inflections.
Step 5 — FFmpeg stitches everything. The four clips merge into one continuous video. Ready for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
What you need to start
Two things:
- A clear portrait photo of yourself (front-facing, decent lighting)
- A photo of the product on a clean background
That is it. The AI handles everything else — script, images, animation, voice, stitching.
Why it converts
UGC works because it bypasses the viewer's ad-detection filter. When someone sees a person who looks real talking about a product they clearly use, the brain processes it differently than a polished brand ad. The Fayce pipeline preserves that realness — the face is yours, the voice is yours, the product interaction looks genuine — while removing all the production friction that stops most people from making UGC in the first place.
Who this is for
Founders selling DTC products who want to test ad creatives quickly. Creators doing brand deals who need to deliver assets fast. Marketers who need UGC volume without managing a creator network. Anyone who wants to run product ads without building a studio.
